Many articles and Facebook groups share virtual card price lists. Those numbers belong to other products. MP Card follows the App and help.mp.net.

How fees compare with domestic payments
Domestic Napas cards work well for Vietnamese websites, but many international gateways do not accept domestic BINs and transactions are declined immediately. MoMo / ZaloPay: OpenAI Help states that MoMo is supported for Go/Plus/Pro on chatgpt.com in Vietnam, but MoMo/ZaloPay still cannot fill in the card form for Claude, many ad accounts, or a US Apple ID. Vietnam Visa/Mastercard cards may be blocked by Stripe gateways based on BIN, lack 3DS, or not match the payment country — especially for US Apple ID and ads. Before comparing fees, ask: does the payment page accept this card? If yes, go back to the MP App to see the fee for that action. Combining the two questions into one 'where is cheapest' will lead to a wrong comparison.
Why do other places list a fixed USD card opening fee?
That is their product. Applying that number to MP Card is false advertising.
Who pays the network fee when transferring USDT?
Network fees are set by the blockchain. If the platform has other fees, they are only shown in the MP App. This page does not combine them.
Can I use the MP virtual card to withdraw cash?
Using the card for cash withdrawal / cash-out is not recommended. The MP virtual card is suitable for online payments.
